The Sheraton Suites is a possibility but that also shows Hi-Speed Internet thru the vacation packages... i would think a Marriott Suites would be higher rated than 3* (but also thougth the same thing regarding the Sheraton Suites).

If you're looking for an edge as to what you'll likely get, changing your search to 4adults/0childre a 'new' 3* appears in this zone for a $53/nite with: Suite, Smoke Free, Breakfast, Fitness, Pool, Laundry, Kitchenette

for which my best guess would be the Summerfield Suites Uptown

It's possible that this is the same property you're seeing above, but with some of the amenities 'missing' when only searching for double occupancy, but if you're interested in this property it would be 'safer' (as safe as an opaque purchase can be) to purchase as 4adults since the above may be something entirely different.
