Priceline Hotel: 3* Orlando (Universal Studios-SeaWorld) International Plaza Resort

I was hoping for the Hyatt Place, but got the International Plaza Resort and Spa for 3 nights at $45/night plus tax for a total of $161.39. The reviews were pretty okay on the Trip Advisor.

The only problem with this hotel is that priceline stated there is a resort fee for the hotel. I called the hotel and they stated that there is no resort fee if you book directly with the hotel, but usually there is no resort fee at all. They said to call priceline b/c they could give me the resort fee. I thought that was odd becasue the hotel should be able to tell me that and I informed the representative of that; however, she stated her previous statement again. I called priceline and they couldn't help me as well, in which they shouldn't be able to tell me what the resort fee would be because the hotel should give me that information. Anyway, I'll just have to wait for check-in to still if I'm charged a resort fee.

I saw the information about the resort fee after my bid was accepted where they give you all the information about the hotel.

If the hotel charges all guests a resort fee, regardless of how they booked, then i would pay the fee... however, if this fee is only charged to PRICELINE guests i would argue the point and let PRICELINE know upon your return. You're supposed to be treated just like any other guests, and hotels can't charge fees only to PRICELINE guests.
