Priceline Hotel: 4* NYC (MTW) Sheraton Hotel and Towers

Hi there,

I will be staying in NYC from August 17 to August 21 inclusive on a stopover. I will be on my own (single female) so looking to be in a safe area, close to attractions and walk to major sights and shopping, and close to the subway. Not sure if I should be choosing the theatre district or Midtown central and where would I get the best deal for a 3 or 4 star. I've looked at both Priceline and Hotwire and not sure which one to use. Looking for clean rooms, don't need Internet, but would love included breakfast, if possible. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Breakfast included in NYC is a rarity, so I wouldn't count on that, unfortunately.

What would be your budget per night for hotel?

Just want you to know that on PRICELINE, just paid $127.00 for Sheraton New York Hotel and Towers, 811 Seventh Ave. for 4 nights.
