5* combinations in North Strip tried up to $90...no luck [$116 counter offers given last week and then $122 counter offers given this week....Trump maybe?]

4* in Conv. Ctr-UNLV tried up to $90...no luck

3.5*....only tried $85 and won the Marriott...the Hilton is nearly booked (at least cheaper rooms) because of large ICSC convention. In fact, I believe the convention drove up the price for the others as well.

Will let you know how the Marriott turns out!

This is the Marriott Suites, correct? If so, it gets pretty good reviews for what it is (ie- a non-gaming hotel in Vegas). I met somebody on a plane not too long ago who had just returned from staying here and he liked the property a lot.
