chasman
Trying to get a 4* for cheap in NYC- Going to NYC with another couple 14-18 Oct. 2 rooms, 4 nights.Would love to get the Westin in MTW.Re-bid up to $115 to try and get the Westin - no luck.Bid back down at $99 including MTE and UM/CPW - no luck. Will try again in 72 hours, I guess. Advice, suggestions welcomed.I realize I will have to jack up my price as my trip draws closer, but I saw the $100 Westin price on this BB and got excitied. It's such a function of days of the month. thereuare
Based upon current rates it will take a substantially higher bid.The $100 win you refer to was for a solo Saturday nite, and with NYC being less expensive on weekends probably not a realistic comparison for a multi-nite stay.If you are going to try to lowball it i would definately make a back-up reservation.
