Not a bad price but was hoping to be closer to the beach. Called the hotel immediately and requested adjoining rooms, they were happy to accommodate, which is nice. I had to use a PRICELINE link, had a $10 per night credit as a result of a priceline screw up on my last trip. AFTER I won, I went to the Fairmont website, seems that they have an advanced purchase special rate of $97 per night but I still saved $112 overall.
