got the 3.5* delta hotel ottawa for $86.00 5/15/09-5/18/09... started at $60 for a 4* hotel and worked my way down....

closest rejections:

- 4* at $80

- 3.5* at $83

Comparing with hobbystar's deal at $73, booked on May 6

It is not true that the closer to the date, the lower rate you will get. My case is just the contrary.
