Hi I'm trying to figure out a hotel that is 4* in Central Phoenix. It has Resort, Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Business, Golf, Tennis, Hi Speed Internet for $96.

Oh yes it also shows Spa.

Could it be Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak or Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort?

Yes, both the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak and the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs have been ugpraded to the 4* level, so it could be either one and that would be our best guess. If i had to lean one way or the other, i'd slightly favor this one being the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort, but i'd be prepared for either.
