Hotwire Hotel: Venice ID Help for 7/16-7/18

Hello. I am trying to id hotels in Venice for 7/16-7/18 and there are the following:

(In the general Venice area- not Mestre or the Lido)

4* with breakfast

3.5* with breakfast

3.5* with breakast, restaurant and internet access

4* with beach access, pool, fitness, restaurant, business, internet, laundry, spa

What is what do you think? :)

HOTWIRE will only show one hotel at each star level in each zone, so i assume each of the 4* and 3.5* properties are in different zones OR what criteria are you using to make each appear?
