Hotwire Hotel: NYC assistance

Staying 6/27/09 for one night.

Have pulled the following hotels but don't have confidence the sticky thread is up-to-date in NYC (if I'm wrong please advise!) so would like opinions:

3.5-star MTE $146

Fitness, restaurant, business, high-speed internet

3.5-star Chelsea - MSG $157

Smoke-free, fitness, restaurant, business, high-speed internet

The Chelsea hotel sounds like it could be the Doubletree, but considering the opening has been delayed and Hotwire has pulled the hotel I believe I'm skeptical. You can't even book on their web site, which is odd.

This is a match for the Tudor Hotel at the UN and the Doubletree Metropolitan so either o f these would be our best guess for this one.

3.5-star Chelsea - MSG $157

This properyt showns Tripadvisor review information, and given the Doubletree hasn't opened yet, it wouldn't be that hotel (since there couldn't be any reviews for a hotel that hasn't opened) This property hasn't yet been identified, but if i were to take a guess i'd speculate that the Wyndham Garden Chelsea (24th St) has been ugpraded from a 3* to a 3.5*.
