trytofly Posted May 9, 2009 Report Posted May 9, 2009 Dissapointed.... Sunday night, should be lower rates for this hotel. Started w/ $75, worked up to $85 ($100+ w/ fees & taxes). Price okay, but this is the one hotel we DIDN'T want in Mayfair. Ratings (esp. for a Hilton) are quite low. I haven't seen it in the "win" bids for quite some time, so I thought we were more safe. Oh well....nature of PRICELINE. Only one night ;-) Regular rates = approx. $160 (non-refundable) up.GREAT SITE. Used PRICELINE link. Convert from the TOBB site! Much more civil (and helpful) here!
thereuare Posted May 9, 2009 Report Posted May 9, 2009 Welcome to BetterBidding!Sorry to hear you're disapointed with the results, but hopefully for the price, you can overlook any 'imperfections' and still enjoy your stay. With the hotel economy slow, we're seeing more new hotels reported and 'names from the past' resurfacing again, as properties try all means available to fill vacant rooms.Thank you for sharing your win with the board and using our PRICLINE link to begin your bidding.Enjoy your stay. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
