thereuare Posted May 9, 2009 Report Posted May 9, 2009 Welcome to BetterBidding!With PRICELINE you can't bid on a specific hotel, and currently the 'issue' with bidding this area is that you could win the Trump, which some people don't like as it's not directly on the strip, doesn't have a casino, and charges a resort fee.As a result, many are using HOTWIRE for 5* hotels in Vegas, and while you won't know for certain the hotel you're purchasing until after your commit to it, you can often take an educated guess as to what you may likely received based upon the amenities shown by HOTWIRE (and also avoid the Trump by purchasing a hotel that shows the Casino icon.... since the Trump doesn't have a casino, you know that's not the property you're purchasing)You didn't state above how many guests you were looking for, but i searched HOTWIRE for your dates, 3rooms/6adults/0children and was offered a 5* hotel for $125/nite with the following amenities:Casino, Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Business, Golf, Tennis, Spa and shows a Tripadvisor rating of 4.0/5.0 with 1640+ user reviews.In the past a property with these amenities has results in the Wynn, and the Tripadvisor info is consistent with this property as well, so that would be my best guess.Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.Let us know how it goes or if you have any questions and we can be of further help.
