I was pretty hesitant about using HotWire w/ not finding out the hotel name until AFTER you book, but after finding BetterBidding I felt much better about it & went fwd w/ booking my room. All the posts that I read that were titled "4* DC (White House-Capitol Hill)" said Capitol Hilton, & sure enough, that's the same hotel I ended up getting through HotWire.
