Realized yesterday that I booked it for next week instead of this week (idiot that I am), so cancelled it and had a friend recommend me this site.Went back and forth b/t HOTWIRE and PRICELINE. I was swayed to Priceline b/c of some people's recommendations that Hotwire claims 3 - 3.5 star hotels as 4.Put in my first bid for the San Antonio - Downtown Riverwalk area for $85, won, and got the Marriott San Antonio Plaza. She had seen that during our initial looking over of hotels and loved it, so it worked out well.
