Priceline Hotel: Resort Hilton Head Island Marriott Resort and Spa

Hi all - this is my first time posting. I have been lurking and reading tips from the forum, and it's been very helpful. I was trying to decide whether to use PRICELINE or HOTWIRE, and the forum successes and questions & advice helped. I have used Priceline successfully in the past and decided to try again.

Just wanted to share that through the link to PRICELINE posted on this board, this morning (05/06/09) I successfully placed a bid for a resort in Hilton Head for $76.00 and ended up happily getting a room for the Hilton Head Marriott Resort and Spa for Friday 05/08/09 -- 05/09/09 (just staying one night).

Thanks for the help and advice, and I will be using this board and links from now on to find great deals on hotels!!
