Going to Ravinia and hoped to get the Renaissance, which is supposed to have free shuttle to Ravinia. Got the Westin instead. Seems like a wonderful hotel, but a bit farther from Ravinia than desired- esp. since it's now out of the 5 mile range for the free shuttle. The Westin retails for $239 that night, whereas the Renaissance retails for $179, so I did get a better deal.
