Has anyone had any luck reserving a 4 or 5 star hotel in Florence, Italy recently? What was your bid strategy and what price did you secure? Thanks in advance for any help you can give!

Has anyone had any luck with this? I am seeing a 5 star hotel in florence for $212 on hotwire. looks like a good deal but cant id the hotel. especially cause i think casinos are not legal in italy. The amenities are

boutique, casino, comp breakfast, fitness, restaurant and tennis nearby.

Feels like it might be Florence oregon instead of italy....does hotwire give you your money back if its the wrong city?

any help would be appreciated.
