I'm looking in the same general time frame, but I am a bit confused by the posting.

Was the winning bid at the 4* Hyatt Regency Irvine in the heading, or at the 3.5* Hilton Irvine/Orange County Airport in the body of the posting?

Not sure what happened there... if we edited wrong when we formatted or if the OP copy/pasted from another thread to get the format correct, but either way, from the post, it appears obvious that the was for the 3.5* Hilton.
