The above is a match for the Hotel Helix, which was recently downgraded to the 3* level, so that would be my best guess. However, i'll add that Kimpton's other property, Hotel Rouge, has also been seen with these amenities but at the 3.5* level... if that property was downgraded too, then that would be another possibility.
