Tried first from 5/8/09-5/11/09 up to USD100 but was declined.

Decided to split up my biddings, as friday seemed to be fully booked at some hotels.

Anyway, tried 5/9/09-5/11/09 and got it at first try with USD67.

Tried to add 5/8/09 night to that booking using extend your stay, which offered me the room for USD113.

Decided to decline and go bidding again for the single night from 5/8/09-5/9/09 for USD105 which was accepted.

So saved quite a bit by splitting up the bid and even got a little discount on that extra night :)

Well thought out and nicely executed... a little risky since there are multiple 5* hotels in this zone, but i suppose the savings would have made changing hotels worthwhile. Glad to see it worked out so sell.
