AaronJB Posted April 30, 2009 Report Posted April 30, 2009 Welcome to the site. When I search for NYC for these dates I see a 3.5* in the Times Square/Theatre District area, with: boutique, breakfast, pool, business, spa. This would likely be the Room-Mate Grace. Please use the site's HOTWIRE link to start your purchase.
thereuare Posted April 30, 2009 Report Posted April 30, 2009 redflyer,Do you see the Boutique icon on your offering as well? The Millenium has last been reported as a 4* property, and even if it were downgraded, wouldn't show a Complimentary Breakfast icon. Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases. redflyer Posted May 4, 2009 Author Report Posted May 4, 2009 Thanks guys. So I should be looking for 4* for the Millenium, but that's still no guarentee that it would be this hotel?RF
thereuare Posted May 5, 2009 Report Posted May 5, 2009 Keep an eye on the Hotwire Hotel List as the Millenium Broadway is once again 3.5*, but as noted above, doesn't serve a complimentary breakfast. There are multiple hotels at each star level, so if you're offered a 3.5* property in the Times Square zone, no, it would not ensure that it was the Millenium... if you see something offered in this zone that resembled previous reports (as per the amenity combination in the Hotwire Hotel List then let us know and we'll try to confirm for you.HOTWIRE only shows one hotel per star rating per zone (the lowest priced) so you may be looking for the needle in the haystack if you're waiting for this property to appear. PRICELINE and HOTWIRE work best when you're looking for a hotel" at a great price... not necessarily when you're looking for a specific one. HOTWIRE can be used to further take a guess as to what you may receive before your purchase, but again, it works best when somebody is open to multiple hotels and is trying to figure out what is offered, as opposed to "i want Hotel XYZ".Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.
