With bonus $5 cash it worked out to $73 a night.

Bidding (add 5$ bonus cash):

1. Mayfair - Soho, Bloomsbury - Marble Arch 4-Star $65

2. Westminster, Bloomsbury - Marble Arch, Mayfair - Soho 4-Star $70

3. Westminster, The City and London Bridge, Mayfair - Soho, Bloomsbury - Marble Arch 4-Star $75

Then started at $65 and worked up to $74 but didn't get any 4* in Notting Hill - Bayswater, Regents Park - Baker Street, or Kensington either.

Then did:

Westminster, The City and London Bridge, Mayfair - Soho 3-Star $68

From the priceline hotel list the 3* in those zones looked good on TripAdvisor (Yeah I realize hotels can change but was willing to take a chance...)

Waited 24 hours and did:

Westminster, 3-Star $70

Westminster, The City and London Bridge 3-Star $73 Accepted.
