Hotwire Hotel: 3* Detroit (Birmingham-Troy-Madison Heights) Best Western Madison Inn

Just joined this site to let you know that i just got booked into the Best Western in Troy, Michigan, despite all of my research on what Hotwire will get me and the fact that the past 3 times i've booked through Hotwire I've always gotten the lovely Hampton Inn location.

I have googled reviews on the Best Western and have gotten nothing but horror stories... I am shocked that Hotwire would offer such a location given the terrible state of the hotel. I wonder if there is anything I can do.... or anyone else who's had this experience.
