Hi,

We're thinking about an impromptu trip to DC to do some sightseeing tomorrow and want to stay the night just to make it worthwhile. Have been researching hotels and deals for just the one night. Looking for something nice, but inexpensive and close to walk to the monuments, etc.

I am curious about this hotel I've found.

This hotel has not yet been identified, but if I had to guess, my guess would be the Carlyle Suites. There is also a 4.5* in this zone for this date for $20 more (the price you see may vary.)

Decided to go with the 4.5* since we figured it was the Madison - Loews. Turns out it was!
