Used the $5/night priceline bonus cash to bump up my earlier bids. I started bidding a couple of days ago at $50 and added zones and incrementally increased bids by $1/bid. Eventually won at $61/night for the Holiday Inn Regent's Park. Transparent rates on the hotel's website is 82.50 pounds or $120usd/night.

On Priceline's transparent site it comes up as a 4*, although I'm going to keep an eye on it as I notice it had been a 3 or 3.5* in the past.

I'm not sure i understand your last comment above, what is the point of watching this... you did buy the hotel room, correct?

Sorry for the confusion - the hotel currently shows to be rated as a 4*. I'm going to monitor how PRICELINE rates the hotel as I know they do sometimes change the ratings in which case I'd have an argument for a refund. I noticed some other websites rate it as a 3.5*.
