HOTWIRE will only show one hotel at each star level per zone, and there is no way to 'force' a particular property to be offered. You can try changing your occupancy level to triple or quad occupancy to see if a different property is shown, but other than that you'll need to make a decision if you're willing to give up control of the specific property you stay at in exchange for a deeply discount price or if you want to pay full price for the hotel you want.
