Hotwire Hotel: 3.5 Star Tempe - ASU

First, let me say thank you. I used this site last weekend and, after looking at the forum discussions, left the site and booked a great one night stay at the Buttes (a Marriort Resort) in Phoenix (TEMPE - ASU) for $79. The hotel was fantastic and the food was exquisite. When I tried to extend my stay another day, the best I could get was $129 and wasn't able to secure it on Hotwire for the previous amount of $79. I didn't realize I should have used the links at the top and will faithfully do so in the future to SUPPORT THIS WEBSITE!

Now, I want to stay at the Buttes this weekend. I need two rooms for April 24, 2009 to April 26, 2009. I see that only the lowest bidding hotel actually shows in each category. I wonder what the currently advertised hotel is:

3.5 Star hotel in Tempe - ASU (with airport shuttle, fitness center, pool(s), restaurant(s), and high-speed internet for $65 per night.

Is there anyway I can somehow massage my search so that it gives me the Buttes, even at a higher rate?

The above is a match for the Sheraton Tempe Airport so that would be our best guess... it happens to get excellent reviews.

There is no way to 'force' HOTWIRE to show you a specific hotel, but you can sometimes get different hotels to appear by switching the occupancy... so if you're currently searching for 2adults/0children try searching for quad occupancy, both 2adults/2children and 4adults/0children to see if a different hotel is offered in this zone.
