I tried extending the stay 2 more days on a previous PRICELINE win for the La Quinta Inn. This was not accepted.

There isn't much history for this market, but the 2* on HOTWIRE looked comparable to the La Quinta we already had, so I gave it a whirl.

Not the La Quinta, but $2/night cheaper even than PRICELINE. Our rep will have to switch hotels, but he's okay with it; we'll just take care of him for the weekend somewhere!
