Hi everyone,

Any idea what this hotel is?

3.5* Paris (Louvre-Marais) for $111.00 on Hotwire for May 18 - 21, 2009

Amenities: Boutique Hotel, Business Center, HSIA

Looking for decent 3.5-4* hotel in Paris with a good location from May 18 to May 28, 2008. Any other suggestions?

I'm looking at same hotel for May 14-19--so very interested in knowing. Unfortunately mine is at $149 nightly with the same amenities.

Hi Robyn - what are you thinking right now?

On Priceline, seems like you'll get the following:

St. Germain - Latin Quarter: Marriot Rive Gauche

Champs-Elysees - either Concorde Lafayette or Concorde Saint Lazare

Opera Quarter East - Novotel Paris Les Halles

On Hotwire, there's a few that look pretty attractive:

On certain dates you can get the Paris Westin (Louvre-Marais) for $222, which is a REALLY nice hotel.

You can also get the Meridien Etoile for $119 on certain dates, if I am guessing hotels correctly.

Any other options you can think of?

You seem to have identified them properly. As I did not make a bid on Priceline at this point, I don't really know about those. We prefer to be on the left bank, and particularly don't want a hotel in the Opera area. We like the Villa Luxembourg but got a much higher price. For now, we are booked into a hotel Le Muguet in the 7th where we typically stay. Will switch if a goodie comes up though. Please keep your ideas coming. Many thanks.

How come you prefer the left bank? I thought that the hotels in Opera Quarter East were quite decent, and close to Il-de-la-cite, Louvre, d'Orsay...etc.

I'm not currently seeing that property offered when searching HOTWIRE for your dates... are you still seeing the same boutique property offered on your own HOTWIRE search?
