Hotwire Hotel: 4* hotel in North Scottsdale

hELP, Ok so I am trying to book the Hyatt Regency at Gainey Ranch or a comparable 4 1/2 * hotel. The dates are for 5/21-5/24.. 2 adults and 2 kids. So i went through the HOTWIRE link.

There is a 4* hotel in the north scottsdale area here are the amenities. price listed is $109 a night. I am confused i thought the Hyatt was a 4 1/2 * hotel. Any ideas? on what this hotel could be?

The Hyatt is still currently rated 4.5* by HOTWIRE, and if you look closely, the amenities above are not an exact match for that property (another inconsistency to believe that is not the property you're seeing above)

The amenities above are a match for the The Westin Kierland Resort and Spa so that would be our best guess. (although i'm not currently seeing this property offered on my own HOTWIRE search for your dates)
