Hotwire Hotel: Help identifying two hotels in SoHo

I'm new to this board so hope I am doing this right. Found two SoHo hotels on Hotwire and was wondering if anyone could identify them before I book.

3.5 Star - $119

Fitness Centre

Laundry

High Speed Internet

3 Star - $126

Restaurant

Business Centre

High Speed Internet

Any other recommendations for accommodations in Lower Manhattan that I should consider (Tribeca, Chelsea, Village).

Also, where can I look on this website for an explanation on the Priceline and Hotwire Calendar of Wins and how it works?

May I ask the purpose of the trip? I only ask because - in terms of "touristy" things, the downtown area is definitely not centrally located.

Which dates are you looking at? If you provide dates, myself or one of the other board members can research what's showing on HOTWIRE and what's showing elsewhere for these dates.

The calendar of wins is a look at what has been won/purchased by other users of the site on PRICELINE/HOTWIRE for that month.

Thanks for your reply. Dates are May 29 to June 1. Have stayed in the Upper West Side and Midtown Manhattan a number of times and would now like to experience the other areas like SoHo, Tribeca, the Village, etc.

I think I've figured out the Priceline and Hotwire Calendar of Wins.

The 3.5* is a match for the Club Quarters so that would be our best guess for that one.

The 3* has not yet been identified... a possibility is the Holiday Inn with 'missing' Fitness icon, but i may be able to take a better guess once HOTWIRE fixes the missing Tripadvisor user review rating issue, so you may want to bump this thread once that is resolved (i suspect sometime by Monday nite/Tues morning).

However, i'll also add this zone covers a lot more ground than just the Soho area, and most of the hotels are located in the Downtown part of the zone.
