foxysmama Posted April 17, 2009 Report Posted April 17, 2009 Hi, I am new to Hotwire (very familiar with Priceline) so had a few questions.I'm trying to book a room at a 5* hotel/casino (NOT Trump) for travel on 5/15 - 5/17. When I go to Hotwire.com and enter my dates, the next screen shows a Hotwire hot Rate of $189 per night. Can that be correct? Should I be able to name my own price? My budge is $150 per night, but less would be even better. And what is a TA rating? I can't find it anywhere on Hotwire.Thank you in advance for your help!
AaronJB Posted April 17, 2009 Report Posted April 17, 2009 There is no naming of price/bidding on HOTWIRE.TA rating = tripadvisor rating, which is shown on some HOTWIRE listings, but not all.

kazzy Posted April 18, 2009 Report Posted April 18, 2009 Foxy, it should be noted that on HOTWIRE Trump is now in its own category, as a 5* condo, which makes it easy to avoid, which is nice.
