Checked the Vacation Packages on HW and looked at TripAdvisor. I'm pretty sure this is the Serrano Hotel. It's a Kimpton Hotel with character and a wine hour a bit near the Tenderloin. Sounds like a good price, but you might get it cheaper on PL. It's a nice place; I'd stay there.
