By the latest reports to the board is the Monte Carlo the only 3.5* hotel. But there is a possibility to get an upgrade using PRICELINE. So you can also get any of the 4* hotels. Inc. The Westin that is slight of the strip. And star ratings can change at any time.

So you're saying if I bid Strip South on a 3.5* hotel, with the knowledge that Monte Carlo might be the only hotel, Priceline could automatically pick the Westin (4*) for me... without choice? Or, do I have to accept the Westin as an upgrade and give my credit card info again?

Yes. But i can't say how likley this is. But not many upgrades are posted on the board for this zone. What i'm saying is that this could happen. And hotel rating can change at any time.

No, PRICELINE will upgrade you automaticly
