Priceline Hotel: 3* NYC (Downtown-Soho-Financial District) Hilton Garden Inn Tribeca

I was looking for a hotel in Manhattan for 2 nights from Fri Apr 24 to Sun Apr 26

After trying for a couple of days with different strategies for 4* hotels around 120$ and 3 1/2* starting at 100$, I got

Hilton Garden Inn Tribeca 3*

Room Cost/night: $95

No nights: 2

Total cost (+taxes/fees): $233.14

It's a brand new hotel and it looks great from the website. It's a great location!!

We are now looking for an additional room for the night of the 25th and that's looking more problematic, since we've gone all the way to 2 1/2* for $120 and still got nothing. I understand it's a Saturday and the Tribeca Film Festival is starting. Any suggestions?
