I tried as well to get the Westin St. Francis for 71 $ around the same time (as I saw on the board). We were successfull as well and are looking forward staying there. I used the link via betterbidding.

Hope we are not getting the worse of rooms .... .

isn't $70 the lowest that Westin St Francis has gone for? whats wrong with the OP trying for 71 when the lowest recorded price its gone fore was 70? or has it gone lower?
