Booked it today. Somehow this hotel is not in the forum's Hotwire hotel list at IL, so I ended up surprised to see this name. Please update it!

After I got the confirmation, I checked and this was listed as a 2.5* hotel on Priceline. But the reviews were ok, and looks like it will provide free breakfast. Nice!
