1337 Posted April 13, 2009 Report Posted April 13, 2009 Hey, here's a new hotel to add to the database!I wanted to try somewhere in Tulsa where I hadn't been, and SE Tulsa was my ideal location. I did a LOT of bidding before finally landing a deal, first starting with 3.5 stars and methodically working my way down. I hope my bidding history can help future bidders.Goal: 3.5* in SE tulsa. I should have bid $35 or so for the 2* in SE tulsa and if it was rejected, waited until tomorrow to rebid. I may have left a few dollars on the table, but I'm still satisfied. If I like the Towneplace Suites, I might bid for it again in the future, and we'll see how low I can go.The Towneplace Suites rooms include a kitchen, and I'd like to cook, so I'm excited to try out this property. I might post a review of it, and I'll compare it to my experiences at the ExtendedStay in Tulsa.
