Booked yesterday (4/11).

My first time booking with Priceline, so still learning the ropes here... started off bidding for 3* at $110 and worked up a little bit, but then dropped the star rating and got somewhere straight away. I suspect we'd have been able to get a better deal on a higher rated hotel if we'd waited till nearer the time, but my girlfriend wanted to make sure we had somewhere to stay sooner rather than later.

Thank you for sharing your results with the board. I think this is a good deal, given how far in advance this is. Fall is generally a busy time in NYC - while this year may be different, if it's not and these dates are busy, this deal is only going to seem better closer to your stay.
