trof4161 Posted April 11, 2009 Report Posted April 11, 2009 Before winning at $167 had bid at $145 and received offer to "rebid" for $22 more. I bit, and got the $167/night at Taj Boston. The Trip Advisor reviews are far from enthusiastic, so I'm beginning to wish i had just marked the 4* box instead. Last night a similar 5* bid failed for $110. With taxes, the winning bid approaches $200/night. Priceline's 5* description: Luxury hotels offer the absolute highest levels of quality, services and amenities.
