Hotwire Hotel: 4.5* in Dupont - Boutique with Tennis?

Hi all,

Anyone have an idea of what this hotel may be:

4.5* in Dupont/Embassy Row; 4/11-4/12 at $115 a night.

Amenities: Boutique, fitness, restaurant, business center, internet access, and tennis.

I thought it may be Hotel Madera but the "tennis" is throwing me off. I know most of the boutique hotels in that area and none have tennis courts.

Any insight provided would be greatly appreciated.

On the vacation package side of HOTWIRE, this would appear to be a match for the Fairfax Embassy Row.

I'm seeing this listing for $226, though.
