Hotwire Hotel: New York Hotel ID please

I will be travelling to New York on April 19-22, I'll be going by myself and was wondering if someone could help ID these two hotels and recommend which is a better option for a young female to New York for the first time.

4 * Midtown East

4* Downtown Soho

The MTE would be either the Grand Hyatt or Intercontinental. The 4* Downtown would likely be the Millennium Hilton. The Grand Hyatt or Intercontinental would be much better for a young woman visiting NYC for the first time. The Millennium Hilton is too far South - out of the way from a tourist standpoint. Thankfully, in this case, the better choice is actually cheaper.
