Going to Sea World with the wife and kiddos among other San Antonio entertaining excusions.ANYONE have suggestions as to WHAT process to go about getting a NON-smoking room with two beds in it? I've searched around this forum, but have yet to find a topic covering this process. I would really appreciate some suggestions because I prefer not to sleep on an air matress with my wife...LOL.Thanks for maintaining a kick ass, information-filled forum for PRICELINE and HOTWIRE newbies!
AaronJB Posted April 6, 2009 Report Posted April 6, 2009 Congratulations on your success and welcome to the site. :)Looks like a great deal for a beautiful hotel. With PRICELINE two beds are not guaranteed; while they're not guaranteed doesn't mean there's no chance. I would call and be very polite and explain your situation - you know the deal with reserving via PRICELINE, but if there was anything they could do about two beds, you would be incredibly appreciative. Something along those lines.Somewhat odd note: when I look at the hotel website for these dates, the only regular (non-suite) option is for 2 beds. So you may luck out there. As for non-smoking, that is something you're much more likely to get. In fact, at last at some properties, PRICELINE reserves as non-smoking. If the topic does come up at check-in though, say someone in your party has a severe allergy to smoke.Thank you for sharing your win with the board. Please use the site's PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to start future purchases.Enjoy your stay at this property.
