Thanks, Betterbidding. This is my first Hotwire purchase, and I was happy to get the hotel that I hoped for, at a great price.

This is the Hyatt Place Minneapolis Airport-South, for $60 per night.

What a deal!

Sorry to report that I tried opening another browser to book through betterbidding's HOTWIRE link, but the same hotel did not come up. The only 3* in the area had only 5 amenities shown, not the full list that others reported for Hyatt Place. Does anyone know the reason for this, or a workaround to still use the link and support this great site? (btw, the original search was Firefox straight to HOTWIRE, the second one was Explorer through the betterbidding link.)

I don't know why another hotel would show up with link vs. not link - unusual. Thank you for attempting to use the link and offering to do so in the future, though.

HOTWIRE only shows one hotel per star rating pers zone (the lowest priced). However, if two hotels have the same (or very close) rate it will randomly show one or the other, so it's possible that there was another hotel with the same price as the Hyatt Place which showed when you tried a subsequent search... it has nothing to do with if our HOTWIRE link was clicked. Another possibility, if you look at the Hotwire Hotel List, is that the Hyatt Place has used multiple amenity combintations in the past... so the 'other' offering may have been the same hotel with one of these other, or a new, amenity combinations.
