Hotwire Hotel: Are Lake Buena Vista - Downtown Disney Hotels in Disney?

Hi, i'm new to the board and was wondering if someone could answer a question for me. I'm looking at a couple of hotels that are in Lake Buena Vista - Downtown Disney area, does this mean they are in disney world and one of the disney resort hotels or are they outside disney world.

4 star condo/resort in Lake Buena Vista - Downtown Disney

I belive this is the Sheraton Vistana Resort. I know that the current TA star rating don't match. But I belive that this place recently lost 1/2 star since the HOTWIRE rating isn't up to date. However, 4/5 with 800 reviews is a "slam dunk" in Orlando. You have nothing to worry about when it comes to quality.

This is a match for the Royal Plaza

3 star condo Lake Buena Vista - Downtown Disney

best guess for this one would be Blue Tree Resort

Sorry, I didn't mean to put the second reply in there.

I was hoping the 4 star with 4 out of 5 rating on trip advisor and 800+ reviews was the Animal Kingdom Lodge or Disney's Port Orleans Resort. They are both 4 out of 5 with 800+ reviews. Is it possible for it to be one of those resorts?

Sure it's possible as we can't see the name of the hotel either :)

The idea is to put as many pieces of the puzzle together in order to make a determiniation of what the picture is... and the Sheraton Vistana Resort has been reported with these amenities and star rating before, so this, combined with any other info, would make this our best guess. Could it be one of the other properties you indicated above, sure, but they have not yet been reported to the board and therefore it's uknown if they would use this same exact amenity combination (but i would doubt it)

I'm with thereuare on this one.

The Animal Kingdom Lodge is not located in the Lake Buena Vista - Downtown Disney zone. And Disney's Port Orleans Resort don't have some of the "key" amenities listed for this hotel.

So I wouldn't hold my breath....
