Priceline Hotel: 4* Chicago (NMA-River North) Sheraton

Had been trying numerous times in previous weeks for NMA-River North 4* for under $85

Won this last week via BB PRICELINE link:

First bid was rejected at $85

Second bid accepted at $87, adding Lincoln Park

Taxes $16.62 night

Total room per night = $103.62

We were hoping to get one of the "classic" hotels like the Drake/InterContinental, but happy this has a pool and we've never stayed there. Plus my brother stayed there last summer and paid $250/night - I have since clued him into BB!

As I have with many others, I definitely recommend Fox and Obel Market and Cafe (fox-obel.com), which is a block or so East of this hotel, on Illinois and McClurg. Great breakfast/lunch and dinner, as well as a fun place to browse around.
