The 3* above is a match for the Embassy Hotel and Suites (NOTE: this is not part of Hilton's Embassy Suites chain), HOWEVER...

If you change your search to 2adults/2children a different 3* property appears in this zone for just a bit more, $78, with:

Boutique, Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet, Business

The is a match for the Hotel Indigo and while a few dollars more than when searching for just 2adults above, i think it's worth it given the Tripadvisor info is very good 4.0/5.0 and at the very least you know that you're receiving a hotel that is well reviewed by users. Would this work for your plans?

interestingly there is a 3.5* boutique hotel showing up in my original search for ~115 (was 135 earlier i think)...there are no other boutique hotels listed; is this indigo changing their #s around for business vs family travellers???

As the Hotel Indigo is currently rated 3* by HOTWIRE, the other 3.5* Boutqiue property would be a different hotel.
