wexcellent
Hello All -Can anyone recommend a reasonable Manhattan hotel that could accommodate 5 (myself, wife, 3 kids under 12)? Most places I've checked will only allow 4 due to fire code regs, even though our 2 and a half year old still sleeps in a crib.I'm aware of the Embassy Suites in downtown, but that's a little out of the way. Would prefer something closer to Penn Station, Times Square. Thanks! Link to comment

thereuare
Thru Expedia the Affinia Manhattan has rooms which woudl accomodate all 5 of you and it's virtually right infront of Penn Station, however, i think a better option would be to book two rooms at one of the 3.5* HOTWIRE properties that are priced at $125 or less... the downside being that if you can't get connecting rooms each spouse will need to sleep separately, but it would certainly give you a lot more space. Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases. AaronJB
The Beekman Tower is another hotel that will likely accept 5 in a room, although thereuare's suggestion of 2 rooms is very good. Link to comment
wexcellent
We eventually did stay at the Affinia Manhattan as ThereUare recommended. Good hotel, plenty of room. We booked through Expedia and got a good price. Only downside was the noise at night was excessive due to ongoing constuction. Link to comment
