sachiko Posted March 30, 2009 Report Posted March 30, 2009 I'm looking for a good bidding strategy, or wondering if I'm just not being realistic about what kind of price I can get for Waikiki beach.I'd like a 4* or Resort property in the beach zone.Dates: 10/29/09 - 11/1/09I'd like to pay less than $120 a night, realistic or not?

sachiko Posted April 2, 2009 Author Report Posted April 2, 2009 Plans aren't 100% firm yet. However, I'd be more likely to pay over $100 for a resort I'd think, obviously I have some time to test the waters since this wouldn't be until the end of October.
