Uku Posted March 29, 2009 Report Posted March 29, 2009 Dear All,Maybe anyone could help me in finding a better bidding strategy for 4 nights in New York 4* hotel in a central area (Manhattan). (Could also be Millenium Hilton in the Financial district!) :)Up to now I tried adding several districts, I started from 90 USD and went up to 105 USD. I would not like to increase the price much more. However, as it is Easter time, maybe finding such a price level is not realistic?PRICELINEI would appreciate any advice!Uku

thereuare Posted March 30, 2009 Report Posted March 30, 2009 It's not clear from your post above but i assume you were unsuccessful at $110?If you're bid up to your limit your choices come down to:-wait it out-raise your bid-lower your star rating-SPLITTING YOUR PRICELINE BIDI suspect another $10-$20 will land you a 4*, but not sure if you're willing to extend your budget or not. Thanks for using our PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links.Let us know how you'd like to proceed and we'll advise accordingly.
